Bradley J. Bath, DDS
Dr. Bradley Bath has been practicing dentistry in the Evansville, Indiana area for over 30 years. He began his education at the University of Evansville, where he completed his undergraduate studies in 1981. He then graduated in 1985 with his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Since completing his education, Dr. Bath has continued to expand his knowledge and training to provide his patients with better dental care. He received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, he provides services such as porcelain veneers, porcelain and zirconia crowns, as well as the restoration of implants.
Dr. Bath is a member of the American Dental Association and Indiana Dental Association, and he has been a part of the Seattle Study Club for 10 years. He is also a former President of the First District Dental Society. Dr. Bath is originally from Huntingburg, Indiana.
Today, he lives with his wife of 32 years, Julie. Together, they have a daughter and a set of twins: Natalie, Abigail, and Andrew. When he is not at the office, Dr. Bath enjoys participating in water sports with his family and friends. He also enjoys restoring and collecting vintage Honda motorcycles, and he is a parishioner at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Dr. Tyler Frounfelter
General and Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Tyler Frounfelter has been practicing dentistry in Evansville for over 10 years. He is a second-generation dentist that is very passionate about providing excellent care for his patients. He attended DePauw University where he majored in Biology and graduated in 2009. Dr. Tyler then attended Indiana School of Dentistry earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery and graduated in 2013.
Dr. Frounfelter has expanded his knowledge of the dental field over the years by attending multiple continuing education programs to better serve his patients, most recently placing and restoring implants was his focus. He is confident in providing care in all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, crowns, all types of restorations, clear aligner braces, and even placing and restoring implants. All aspects of making a patient smile more is one of Dr. Frounfelter’s main goals.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Frounfelter moved down to Evansville with his wife Martha (Shetler). They have been married since 2012. They have five beautiful children: Daniel, Reid, Isaac, Claire and Kate.
When Dr. Frounfelter is not spending time at home with his family he is in the outdoors with friends and family. Being in the outdoors is one of his other passions. He has recently started hiking with his family at national parks and will hopefully continue this for many years to come. Dr. Frounfelter is also a parishioner and active member at Good Shepherd Catholic Church!

Julie Bath
Julie graduated from Indiana University at South Bend in 1982 and received her degree in dental hygiene. She has been working with our office since she married Dr. Bath in 1985. Julie loves being part of team that works well together, and she believes that much of their success as a practice is due to their patients being able to feel that familial bond between everyone in the office.
Jacinda LaGrange
Jacinda has been a part of our practice since 1991, and she is a wonderful contribution to our team. She loves that she has gotten to know her colleagues and patients over through the many years that she has worked here. Jacinda has a special ability to connect with patients, building long-term relationships with them and helping them feel comfortable during their treatments.
Michele Head
Michele has been working with our office since 2004, and she is a valued member of our team. Michele graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1996. As a dental hygienist, she loves getting to know her patients and educating them on how they can keep a healthy mouth. She is also passionate about providing quality dental hygiene that helps her patients to keep smiling.
Denise
Denise attended the University of Southern Indiana, and she has been in the dentistry field for 40 years. For 20 of those years, she has been a part of our team at Cross Pointe Dental. Throughout her time in the dental field, Denise has spent 20 years doing chairside assistance and 15 years working at the front desk.
Gwen Whalen
Gwen has been a dental assistant since the beginning of our practice in 1985. She also works in our lab and as an OSHA coordinator. She graduated from Ivy Tech College in 1984 with an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. She enjoys helping treat patients in need and helping them feel comfortable. She has been part of the Evansville Dental Assistant Society for over 10 years.
