Dr. Tyler Frounfelter

General and Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Tyler Frounfelter has been practicing dentistry in Evansville for over 13 years. He is a second-generation dentist that is very passionate about providing excellent care for his patients. He attended DePauw University where he majored in Biology and graduated in 2009. Dr. Tyler then attended Indiana School of Dentistry earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery and graduated in 2013.

Dr. Frounfelter has expanded his knowledge of the dental field over the years by attending multiple continuing education programs to better serve his patients, most recently placing and restoring implants was his focus. He is confident in providing care in all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, crowns, all types of restorations, clear aligner braces, and even placing and restoring implants. All aspects of making a patient smile more is one of Dr. Frounfelter’s main goals.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Frounfelter moved down to Evansville with his wife Martha (Shetler). They have been married since 2012. They have five beautiful children: Daniel, Reid, Isaac, Claire and Kate.

When Dr. Frounfelter is not spending time at home with his family he is in the outdoors with friends and family. Being in the outdoors is one of his other passions. He has recently started hiking with his family at national parks and will hopefully continue this for many years to come. Dr. Frounfelter is also a parishioner and active member at Good Shepherd Catholic Church!
